Mbaye Diagne(born 28 October 1991) is a Senegalese professional footballer who currently plays for Westerlo in Belgium, on loan from three-time defending Serie A champions Juventus, as a striker.[1]

Club career

Early career

Born in Senegal, Mbaye spent his early career in Italy, beginning in 2010 with Brandizzo where he managed 27 goals in 30 appearances. In 2012, Mbaye joined A.C. Bra, where he went on to score 23 goals in 29 Serie D matches.[2]

Juventus

Mbaye was signed by Serie A champions Juventus Football Club in July 2013. He was loaned out to Belgian club Lierse in January 2014, and went on to make his debut for Lierse on 31 January 2014 against Anderlecht, scoring in the 25th minute[3] and he scored a hat-trick against Mons on 8 February in his next game for the club.[4] On 2 August 2014 Al Shabab Saudi Arabian King Cup 2014 winner announced signing Mbaye Diagne on loan until June 2015, The player made his first debut against Al Nassr FC on 7 August 2014 at Saudi Super Cup as substitute and played last 17 minutes of second half and 30 minutes of extra-time, he wasted penalty shootout chance to achieve triumph over rivals, But eventually his team won the cup.[5] On the 5th of January he joined KVC Westerlo in the Belgium Pro League
