Mausam Benazir Noor (born 15 October 1979) is an Indian politician who is a Congress MP from the Indian state of West Bengal.

The daughter of Syed Mohammad Noor and Rubi Noor, Mausam Benazir Noor was educated at the elite La Martiniere for Girls school in Calcutta, and is a law graduate from the University of Calcutta.[1] She first entered politics when she contested and won from Sujapur (Vidhan Sabha constituency) on the death of her mother in 2009. Her mother had won the seat thrice. A Muslim by faith, currently she is also the West Bengal Youth Congress President.[2][3][4] Thereafter, she was elected to the Lok Sabha, the same year from Maldaha Uttar (Lok Sabha constituency).[5]

On 12 December 2009, she married Mirza Kayesh Begg. A niece of A. B. A. Ghani Khan Choudhury, two of her other maternal uncles are also in politics - Abu Naser Khan Chowdhury (Congress MLA and Minister of State in the West Bengal government)and Abu Hashem Khan Chowdhury (Congress MP from Maldaha Dakshin (Lok Sabha constituency) and Malda District Congress President).[6]

She is said to have refused a ministerial berth in the Union Cabinet, and preferred motherhood instead. [7]
