Mauritians (singular Mauritian; French: Mauricien) are nationals or natives of the Republic of Mauritius; and their descendants.
Ethnic
Mauritius is a multiethnic society, which means that it is home to people of many different ethnic backgrounds. The ancestors of the Mauritian population are mainly of Indian, African, French and Chinese origin.
