Maurice Roche, 6th Baron Fermoy

Patrick Maurice Burke Roche, 6th Baron Fermoy (11 October 1967) is a British peer. [1]

He is the eldest son of Edmund Roche, 5th Baron Fermoy and his wife, Lavinia Pitman.

He was educated at Eton College, and served in the Blues and Royals. He also worked as a pub manager at the Windsor Castle pub in Campden Hill, London.

Lord Fermoy is a first cousin of Diana, Princess of Wales. He was Page of Honour to Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother between 1982 and 1984. He inherited the title of 6th Baron Fermoy when his father died in 1984.

Marriage and children

On 26 March 1998, he married Tessa Fiona Kayll, daughter of Major David Pelham Kayll and his wife, Sheila Morrison.

They have two daughters:

As Lord Fermoy has no sons, his heir is his younger brother, Edmund Hugh Burke Roche.
