Matthew Carraro (born 4 August 1984 in Gosford, Australia) is a rugby union player for the Waratahs in Super Rugby. He plays as a centre or on the wing.
Matthew is the nephew of former Avoca New South Wales and Manly New South Wales tighthead prop David Carraro.
After signing for the Brumbies, he joined Waratahs. He joined Bath Rugby in 2009, signing a two-year extension in summer 2011. In March 2012, he confirmed that he would be leaving Bath for Montpellier at the end of the season.[1]
He returned to the Waratahs for the 2014 Super Rugby season.[2]
