Matt Jones is a fashion photographer.
Life and work
Jones is the son of Terry Jones, the artistic director and founder of i-D Magazine, and brother to Kayt Jones, also a fashion photographer.[1] He shot his first cover for i-D Magazine when he was twenty years old. He then moved to the United States.[2] He is married to the actress Jicky Schnee.
Jones’ photographs have been published in i-D, Italian Elle, French Elle, InStyle UK, Cookie Magazine, TV Guide, Life, The New York Times Magazine, Paris Vogue, Paris Vogue Vacances, Harper’s Bazaar,[3] Elle UK,[4] and Esquire.[2]
His advertising client list includes Calzedonia, American Eagle Outfitters, Pantene Pro-V, Yohji Yamamoto Adidas, Lord & Taylor, and Barneys New York.[3]
He has photographed celebrities including Marion Cotillard, Liv Tyler, Anne Hathaway, Gwyneth Paltrow, Scarlett Johansson, America Ferrera, Kristen Stewart, Rihanna, Katie Holmes, Ellen Page, Patrick Dempsey, Jeremy Piven, Jack Black, Steve Carell, Gisele Bündchen,[3] Anna Allen, Lauren Conrad, and Robert Pattinson.
