Matt Fornataro (born June 26, 1985) is a Canadian professional ice hockey player. He is currently playing for VIK Västerås HK in the Swedish HockeyAllsvenskan (HA).

On February 21, 2012, Fornataro was dealt to the Chicago Blackhawks from the Tampa Bay Lightning for Brandon Segal of the Rockford Icehogs.[1]

On June 25, 2013, it was announced that Fornataro would be joining Leksands IF for the 2013–14 SHL season.[2]
