Matjaž Rozman (born 3 January 1987 in Ptuj) is a Slovenian footballer who plays for Rudar Velenje in the Slovenian PrvaLiga.

Career

Rozman began his career in his hometown Ptuj at the local club Drava Ptuj. After two years in the youth team of Drava Ptuj he signed for Aluminij, where he earned his first 22 professional caps.

Rozman left Aluminij after his first season in July 2006 and signed with Interblock, earning 78 caps until 17 January 2010.[1]

On 18 January 2010, he signed a two and a half year contract with SpVgg Greuther Fürth.[2] He never broke into the first team and was eventually sent to the reserves. On 30 August 2011, he was released from his contract.[3]

International career

Rozman is former member of the Slovenia national under-21 football team and holds five caps.[4]
