Mateusz Polaczyk (born January 22, 1988 in Limanowa) is a Polish slalom canoer who has competed since the mid-2000s.
He won four medals at the ICF Canoe Slalom World Championships with two silvers (K-1: 2011, K-1 team: 2013) and two bronzes (K-1: 2013, K-1 team: 2006). He also won two golds, one silver and one bronze in the K-1 team event at the European Championships.
Polaczyk finished 4th in the K-1 event at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London
