Mateo Jesús Garralda Larumbe (born December 1, 1969 in Burlada) is a former Spanish handballer and the current head coach of Știința Municipal Dedeman Bacău in the Romanian Liga Naţională.[1]

He competed in the 1992 Summer Olympics, in the 1996 Summer Olympics, in the 2000 Summer Olympics, and in the 2004 Summer Olympics.

Garralda is one of the only three handball players besides Mikhail Yakimovich and José Javier Hombrados who won the EHF Champions League with three different teams.
