TCS MasterCraft is a brand of IT Process Automation and Management tools from Tata Consultancy Services Limited. The brand contains a suite of products that help project delivery teams to optimize their services. These products automate a given process or digitizing a task or act as decision support systems, thereby reducing manual efforts, saving costs and enhancing productivity.

The brand comes with pre-sales assistance, free evaluation licenses, deployment support, SLA-based post installation support, flexible licensing models that offer lower Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), commendable ROI and industry best practices pre-codified.[1][2]

Today, TCS MasterCraft products are used in over 800 service delivery projects in TCS, spanning across application design and development, application support and maintenance, application transformation etc.[3]
