The second season of MasterChef India premiered in October 2011 on Star Plus.
On 1 January 2012 Shipra Khanna from Shimla[1] Vikas Khanna, Ajay Chopra and Kunal Kapur were the judges. Harbhajan Singh[2] Nita Mehta[3] and Chef Saby[4] made guest appearances.
