The Mary Dean Three-Decker was a historic triple decker house at 130 Belmont Street in Worcester, Massachusetts. It was a relatively rare surviving 19th century "double" triple-decker, housing six units, that had well-preserved Queen Anne styling. It had a roof cornice with paired and single brackets, and a shallow entry portico with a bracketed roof, and a semicircular transom window over the entrance.[2]

The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990.[1] It appears to have been demolished.
