Martin Wolf is a global M&A Advisor specializing in buy/sell transactions in information technology.[1][2] He is known for tracking and measuring information technology valuations across key IT sectors in the key geographies of the United States, India, and China.[3][4][2] His composite index, the MW Global IT Index, is published four times a year. Wolf graduated from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.

His proprietary analysis and commentary has been featured on news sites such as The Wall Street Journal,[5] CNET,[3] Fast Company,[1] GigaOM,[6] CNBC,[4] CRN,[7] Yahoo! Finance[2] and other tech news organizations.

Career

Wolf's tech M&A background began in the early 1990s when he served as President of the Franchise and Distribution Division of ComputerLand.[8] He subsequently founding its Datago distribution business, which was sold in 1994 to Merisel, Inc.[9] In 1997, he founded martinwolf | M&A Advisors, a middle market IT M&A specialist, and serves as its president.[3][2]
