Martin Ketteridge is a professional rugby league footballer of the 1980s and '90s, playing at representative level for Scotland, and at club level for Moorends ARLFC (in Thorne, South Yorkshire), Castleford (twice), Sheffield Eagles, and Halifax, as a Prop, or Second-row.[1]

Playing career

International honours

Martin Ketteridge won 3 caps (plus 1 as substitute) for Scotland in 1996 while at Halifax.[2]

Challenge Cup final appearances

Martin Ketteridge played Right-Second-row, i.e. number 12, and scored one conversion, in Castleford's 15-14 victory over Hull Kingston Rovers in the 1986 Challenge Cup final during the 1985–86 season at Wembley Stadium on Saturday 3 May 1986.[3]

Regal Trophy Final Appearances

Martin Ketteridge played Right-Prop, i.e. number 10, scored two tries, and was Man of the match, in Castleford Tigers' 33-2 victory over Wigan in the 1993–94 Regal Trophy final at Headingley Stadium, Leeds on Saturday 22 January 1994.[4]
