Martin Hanlin
Martin Hanlin was born in Glasgow. He formed and played drums in the Scottish band The Silencers (band). Hanlin recorded two albums with The Silencers (band) the debut album A Letter From St. Paul and the follow-up A Blues for Buddah.
Hanlin left and went on to become manager to Scottish artists Carol Laula and Murmer before moving to America and becoming a successful music publisher at Hamstein records. There he worked with artists Goudie, Sheryl Crow and ZZ Top.
Hanlin returned to the U.K and set up GMW Entertainment Group a music publishing company. He also went on to produce albums for Candy Dulfer.
