The Marshall Symmes Tenant House is a historic house at 233 Main Street in Winchester, Massachusetts, USA. This 2.5 story wood frame house was built in the 1870s by Marshall Symmes, whose house stands across the street. The house has conservative Italianate styling, with a three bay front facade, extended eaves, and a projecting two story bay on the right side. The house was used by Symmes as a rental property.[2]
The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.[1]
