Mark Penney (born 24 June 1982) is a Canadian film director.
He is perhaps best known as the director of the 2004 film The Right Way which played at many world film festivals most notably at the 61st Venice Film Festival and had a further limited theatrical and video on demand release in the United States. He followed that up with the 2008 experimental feature Life and the 2013 Canadian love story Le beau risque (The Beautiful Risk).
Mark began his career in Christian television at the age of 16 before working as a camera assistant. Mark then ventured into directing local television and short films.
