Mark L. Taylor (born October 25, 1950) is an American actor. He was born in Houston, Texas.

Taylor has appeared in various shows such as Seinfeld, Beverly Hills, 90210, House Calls (in which he played the hated hospital administrator, Conrad Peckler) Melrose Place, Chicago Hope, Ally McBeal and Boston Legal. He has also voiced in various projects such as TaleSpin, Darkwing Duck, Batman, The Mask and W.I.T.C.H. He has appeared in the Disney Channel Original Movies Eddie's Million Dollar Cook-Off, High School Musical 2, and The Other Me. He directed the Disney Channel Original Movie Den Brother.
