Mark Daniels
Mark Daniels, is an American businessman primarily in the aviation defense industry. He is the founder and CEO of AeroGroup, a government contractor that trains F-16 pilots for the Dutch, Belgian and Italian Air Forces. Daniels lead the effort for the purchase of F-16 aircraft from the Dutch Government, as the first time a civilian and commercial company had been able to achieve a contract for use of F-16 aircraft for such training purposes. More recently, Daniels heads up civilian contracted operations of surrogate UAV (RPA) aircraft for special programs in support of U.S. Army special programs.[1][2][3][4][5]
Aviation
Daniels, as the CEO of AeroGroup (formerly Global Aviation) was also associated with STI Aviation, operating a fleet of CASA C-212 Special Forces (OPS) aircraft and Hughes 500 Helicopters, which he sold in 2002 to Presidential Airways, becoming the aviation division of Blackwater (Academi).[1]
Other Ventures
Daniels, along with Vince Neil and Bob Hewko, owns RockStar Investment Group, which has minority ownership in the AFL Football team Jacksonville Sharks and a majority ownership of the AFL Football Las Vegas Outlaws.[6][7][8][9]
