Mariusz Kamiński (born September 25, 1965 in Sochaczew) was the head of the Central Anticorruption Bureau (CBA) in Poland until October 2009. Earlier he was a member of the Sejm elected on September 25, 2005 getting 9142 votes in 19 Warsaw district, candidating from the Law and Justice list.

He was also a member of Sejm 1997-2001 and Sejm 2001-2005.

Kamiński was dismissed (as the head of CBA) on the 13th of October 2009 by prime minister Donald Tusk.

President Lech Kaczynski awarded Kamiński the Commander's Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta.
