Marius Bauer

Marius Alexander Jacques Bauer (born The Hague, 25 January 1867 - died Amsterdam, 18 July 1932) was a Dutch painter and printmaker. He was a member of the Pulchri Studio in The Hague. In 1902 he married the painter Jo Bauer. Later in his life he was created a Knight in the Order of Orange-Nassau. A street is named after him in the neighborhood of streets named after 19th and 20th century Dutch painters in Overtoomse Veld-Noord, Amsterdam.
