Mario Rosario Morelli (born 15 May 1941) is an Italian judge. He has been Judge of the Constitutional Court of Italy since 12 December 2011.
Career
Morelli was born in Rome. He was a President of Section of the Court of Cassation before being appointed to the Constitutional Court by the Court of Cassation on 18 November 2011. He was sworn in on 12 December 2011.[1]
