Marina Bay Suites is a condominium, currently under construction, located in Marina Bay, Singapore. It is one of six towers of the Marina Bay Financial Centre. It will be developed by Keppel Land, Cheung Kong Holdings and Hongkong Land.[2] When completed, it will stand at 227 m (745 ft), with 66 floors, making it Singapore's 14th tallest tower. It will consist of 108 3-bedroom units (1,572sqft to 1,604sqft), 110 4-bedroom units (2,045sqft to 2,695sqft), and 3 penthouses (4,682sqft to 8,181sqft).[3] It is expected to be completed on 31 July 2017.[4]
In the early pre-dawn hours of 14 January 2014, a fire broke out on the 65th floor's service lift lobby. Two security officers' charred bodies were found in the midst of renovation material. Other residents had self evacuated and were unharmed.
