Marián Kelemen (born 7 December 1979) is a Slovak footballer who plays for Śląsk Wrocław in Poland, as a goalkeeper.
Football career
Born in Michalovce, Kelemen played in no fewer than seven clubs as a youth, having started at his local side, MFK Zemplín.[1] He started his professional career with national powerhouse ŠK Slovan Bratislava, moving to Turkey with Bursaspor in January 2002.
After returning to his country and Slovan, Kelemen soon joined Latvian outfit of FK Ventspils. In the 2004 summer, he embarked in a Spanish adventure that would last three years, as he represented Segunda División clubs CD Tenerife and UD Vecindario, both in the Canary Islands.
Kelemen moved in the 2007, following Vecindario's relegation, to Aris Thessaloniki. In January 2009, not being the first choice, he returned to Spain, this time to its top flight, signing with CD Numancia until the end of the season,[2] which ended in relegation.
