Marguerite Delaye

Marguerite Catherine Ponsoye Delaye (or Margot Delaye) was a woman who fought during the siege of Montelimar by Admiral Coligny in 1569, and lost an arm in the fighting. A one armed statue was erected in her honor.[1]
