Marjorie 'Marge' A. Chadderdon (born December 1, 1937 in Poplar, Montana)[1] is a Republican Idaho State Representative since 2004 representing District 4 in the A seat. [2] Chadderdon did not seek office in 2012.
Education
Chadderdon attended Gonzaga University and completed her associate degree in education at College of Great Falls (later accredited as University of Great Falls).
Elections
- 2004 Expecting to challenge Democratic Representative Bonnie Douglas, Chadderdon won the May 25, 2004, Republican primary with 1,655 votes (55.87%) against Jim Hollingsworth, but Douglas lost the Democratic primary.[3] Chadderdon won the November 2, 2004, general election with 9,121 votes (53.7%) against Mike Gridley.[4]
- 2006 Unopposed for the May 23, 2006, Republican primary, Chadderdon won with 2,871 votes; Douglas won her primary unopposed also.[5] Chadderdon won the November 7, 2006, general election with 6,287 votes (53.51%) against Douglas.[6]
- 2008 Chadderdon was unopposed for the May 27, 2008, Republican primary and won with 2,360 votes,[7] and won the November 4, 2008, general election with 10,720 votes (58.0%) against Tamara Lee Poelstra (D).[8]
- 2010 Chadderdon was unopposed for the May 25, 2010, Republican primary, winning with 2,815 votes, [9] and won the November 2, 2010, general election and won with 7,685 votes (61.9%) against Mike Bullard (D).[10]
