Margaret Scott Robinson FRS FMedSci is a British scientist, currently Professor of Molecular Cell Biology, Cambridge Institute for Medical Research, at the University of Cambridge.[1]
Robinson is considered to be the foremost expert on the adaptins, proteins which recruit transmembrane receptors to budding vesicles and play a key role in endocytosis and protein sorting.
Education
Robinson has a BA in biology from Smith College and a PhD in cell biology from Harvard University.[2]
