Margaret Lewis Norrie State Park is a state park in Dutchess County, New York in the USA. The park is located on the east shore of the Hudson River in the Town of Hyde Park. Within the state park is the Staatsburgh State Historic Site, informally called Mills Mansion, a 65-room estate home designed by the architects McKim, Mead, and White.

History

Margaret Lewis Norrie State Park was donated to New York State by Geraldine Morgan Thompson in memory of her sister, Margaret Lewis Norrie. In 1937 a large Civilian Conservation Corps Camp housed the young men who were developing the area into a recreational center.[1]
