Mantidactylus peraccae is a species of frog in the Mantellidae family. The specific epithet honors Italian herpetologist Mario Giacinto Peracca.
Geographic range
It is endemic to Madagascar.
Habitat
Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montane forests, and rivers.
Conservation status
It is threatened by habitat loss.
