Manipal Hospitals is a part of the Manipal Education and Medical Group (MEMG). Manipal Hospitals is the third largest healthcare network in India with a network of 15 hospitals and three primary clinics spread across 6 states. It serves more than 2 million patients annually. The flagship quaternary care facility is located in Bangalore, India.[1][2]

Manipal Comprehensive Cancer Centre (MCCC) provides diagnostic and treatment for various forms of cancers using medical, surgical and radiation therapy. The bone marrow transplant unit in particular is tied up with University of Minnesota to ensure international standards are delivered.[10][11]

Manipal Heart Institute provides cardiac care for all age groups, from preventive and non-invasive heart care to complex procedures and surgeries. This includes

Manipal Spine Care Centre offers treatment for back and neck pain, using conservative measures and pain management to minimally invasive procedures and large scale reconstruction of spinal deformities.[14]

Orthopaedic Department of Manipal Hospitals is working in collaboration with national joint care experts and orthopaedic specialists and deals with all trauma surgeries including Limb Salvage Surgeries, Pelvis & Acetabular Fixation and Spinal Trauma and advanced joint surgeries including Arthroscopies & Joint Replacements. India's first Bilateral Hip and Knee Arthroplasty was done in a single sitting at Manipal Hospital Bangalore.[15]

Neurology Department offers services that include treatment from simple headache to complex minimal invasive endoscopic brain surgery including complicated AVM, tumours, aneurysm and epilepsy surgeries.

Manipal Liver Transplant Centre has a dedicated team of Transplant Surgeons, Hepatologists, Anaesthetists, Intensive Care Team and Transplant Coordinator.

Manipal Kidney Transplant Centre has been running a successful Kidney transplant programme since 1991 and has performed over 1,000 kidney transplants with Karnataka's first cadaver transplant. Manipal Hospital also performed the rare double kidney transplant from paediatric cadaver donor to an adult patient and are pioneers in South India of performing single incision laparoscopic donor nephrectomy.[16]
