Mangti (Punjabi: ਮੰਗਤੀ) is a 1942 Punjabi film starring Masood Parvez as a hero[1] with Mumtaz Shanti[2] and others. It ran for more than one year in Lahore and became the first golden jubilee Punjabi film.[1]
Music
The music is composed by Pandit Govindram.[2] The playback singers includes Zeenat Begum and Rehmat Bai[2] and Noor Jehan. Nand Lal Noorpuri wrote the lyrics[3] along with Nazim Panipati. Here is the Tracklist:
