Mangowal Sharqi (Urdu: منگووال شرقی lit. East Mangowal) is a village situated near Jalalpur Jattan cantonment in the district of Gujrat, Pakistan. It is the third largest village of the district.
The history of the village is not well known. According to local traditions, this village is about 300 years old and was founded by a son of Hindu Jutt, Dolat khan.After that this village was supervised by Chaudary Hatam Ali the owner of dera Wain and the third grand son of Chaudary Dolat Khan.
