Manglehorn is a 2014 American drama film directed by David Gordon Green, starring Al Pacino and Holly Hunter. It was selected to compete for the Golden Lion at the 71st Venice International Film Festival.[1][2] The film is scheduled to be released in theaters on June 19, 2015, by IFC Films.

Production
The shooting of the film began on November 4, 2013 in Austin, Texas[5] and the filming lasted for twenty-five days at different locations in the city.[6]
Release
It was screened in the Special Presentations section of the 2014 Toronto International Film Festival.[7] It also opened, in competition, at the 71st Venice International Film Festival.[8] The film is scheduled to be released in theaters on June 19, 2015, by IFC Films.[9]
