Mana Silva (born August 17, 1988) is an American football safety who is currently a free agent. He was signed by the Baltimore Ravens as an undrafted free agent in 2011. He played college football for Hawaii, where he holds the school record with 14 career interceptions.
Silva has also been a member of the Dallas Cowboys.
Professional career
Baltimore Ravens
Silva was signed by the Baltimore Ravens as an undrafted free agent following the 2011 NFL Draft and NFL lockout. Waived during final roster cuts on September 3, he spent time on the team's practice squad before he was released on September 21.
Buffalo Bills
He was signed to the Buffalo Bills' active roster on November 10, 2012. To make room for Silva, the Bills released safety Delano Howell.
Dallas Cowboys
He was signed off the team's practice squad to the Dallas Cowboys' active roster on December 13.[1] He was released by the Cowboys inn September 2012 after appearing in two games.
Second Stint with Bills
On October 2, 2012 Silva resigned with the Buffalo Bills.
