Man and Boy is a 1971 American drama film directed by E.W. Swackhamer and starring Bill Cosby, Gloria Foster and George Spell. In the wake of the American Civil War an ex-soldier and his family move west to settle in lawless Arizona.^[1] The film was shot at Southwestern Studios in Carefree, Arizona. The title song was performed by Bill Withers.^[2]
