Maligaon

Maligaon (Assamese: মালিগাঁও) is a locality in Guwahati; reachable by air through Guwahati Airport. It is home to the Kamakhya Junction railway station, the second railway station serving Guwahati.[1] Maligaon is surrounded by localities of Pandu, Adabari and Kamakhya. The headquarters of North East Frontier Railways and Northeast Frontier Railway stadium is located here.[2] It can also be called a railway men area as more than 80% of the area covers railway quarters.
