Malek Maktabi also known as Malik Maktaby is a famous television presenter. Malek Maktabi hosts and runs the talk show Ahmar Bil Khatt Al Aarid (Red in Boldface) which runs on LBC. He is the husband of politician and newspaper heiress Nayla Tueni. Maktabi used to work with the Kalam El Nass team, a famous talk show presented by Marcel Ghanem on LBC. Maktabi started working with the media in Lebanon after returning from London where he earned a Ph.D in International Affairs and Diplomacy. Early in the year 2009, Malek Maktabi hosted the Miss Lebanon 2009 pageant on the Lebanese Broadcasting Corporation - LBC - TV network. Malek Maktabi got married in mid-2009 in a civil ceremony in Cyprus to Nayla Tueni, the daughter of assassinated Gebran Tueni.[1]
