Malcolm McGoun
Malcolm McGoun (born 1949) is a New Zealand diplomat. He served as ambassador to Vietnam from 2000 to 2004.[1] In 2006, McGoun was named High Commissioner to South Africa with concurrent accreditation to Botswana, Kenya, Lesotho, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Swaziland, Tanzania, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.[1][2] He was replaced in 2008 by Geoff Randal.[3]
