Malana, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

Malana is a town and union council of Dera Ismail Khan District in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan.^[1] It is located at 31°44'32N 70°51'50E and has an altitude of 135 metres (446 feet).^[2] Many times this town is mistaken for the other city, Malana in India, but these two places are distinct from each other. It is consider a highly significant place even though it is a small town. People born in Malana usually take a pilgrimage back home at least once.
