Makongeni
Makongeni is a part of Kibera slum in Nairobi. Makongeni has been built for rail workers in the mid-20th century.[1] The councillor for Makongeni ward on the Municipal Council of Thika is Stephen Marubu Mwangi of AGANO party.[2] A Makongeni Primary School exists in Jerusalem[3] and a Makongeni Secondary School exists near Makongeni estate.[4] Other parts of Kibera include Laini Saba, Lindi, Makina, Kianda, Gatwekera, Soweto East, Kisumu Ndogo, Kichinjio and Mashimoni.[5][6][7]
