Mai Agan

Mai Agan (born 5 May 1988) is an Estonian bass guitarist and composer.

She has graduated from Georg Ots Tallinn Music School (2010), Skurups Folkhögskola (2011), The Royal College of Music in Stockholm (2014) and at the moment she is doing her master's degree in Stockholm. In April 2013 she released her debut album "LUV" with her group MaiGroup.[1]

She is the leader of MaiGroup and she has shared the stage with many top musicians from Estonia and abroad including Kerli, Linnea Henriksson, Håkan Broström, Anders Widmark, Carola Häggkvist, Tõnis Mägi, Tiit Paulus, Riho Sibul, Jaak Johanson, Ain Agan and Doug Seegers among others.[2]

In April 2010 she won the best instrumentalist prize on Uno Naissoo Compositions Contest.[3]
