Mae Yom National Park is a national park in Phrae Province, Thailand. The Yom River flows through the park. The land is mountainous and fertile, and there are naturally grown teak trees.[1]
Park Forests
The park is located in the mountains of the Phi Pan Nam Range, it includes sections of moist evergreen forest, hill evergreen forest, mixed deciduous forest and teak forest.[1]
The site of the controversial Kaeng Suea Ten Dam on Yom River is located close to the southern edge of the park area.[2]
Animal Species
The park is home to elephant, barking deer, mountain goat, black bear, warthog and hare species.[1]

Facilities
There is a campground and floating houses for rent on Yom river. There is also a visitor center and a grocery store.[1]
