Madeleine Carpentier (1865 – 1940) was a French painter.
Her painting Les Chandelles was included in the 1905 book Women Painters of the World.[1]
Little more is known of her life. Her daughter Marguerite Jeanne Carpentier, a sculptor, made a sculpture of her for the family grave in Père-Lachaise cemetery.
