MadMouse Records

MadMouse Records is an independent electronic label in Ohio started by Larry Hinty in 2003 as a DBA.

The flagship group under MadMouse Records is GP-101 which was formed by Larry Hinty and Michael Hinty in 2004. Over time, new members and supporters were added to what became considered "The MadMouse Records Family", which became standard in title with GP-101 music production releases. Music by GP-101 & The MadMouse Records Family is available in limited-run releases in select retail Target stores and available in archived downloads on the main web page of Hopetown House Studio.

Hopetown House Studio in Chillicothe, Ohio is the sole production facility for MadMouse Records.

In 2010, MadMouse Records maintains its DBA status under Larry Hinty but became specific to GP-101 releases only. In 2011, Mellow Cherry Media Productions was the financial connection that supported Hopetown House Studio and MadMouse Records. In 2013 Mellow Cherry Media Productions releases MadMouse Records back to Hopetown House Studio as a sub-project to its current internet streaming variety show, "Live! from Hopetown House Studio" and other internet projects in the works. Also in 2013, genre expansion has been added to the label by signing punk-rock group "Little Bohemian Lodge", acoustic-rock soloist "Jesse Wilkes" and heavy-metal group "Pointless Pleading".

The original music produced by MadMouse Records is predominantly Electronic Experimental. The releases usually contain several subgenres within each album release.
