MTV France, is a 24-hour French speaking entertainment channel operated by Viacom International Media Networks Europe. The channel was launched as MTV Networks Europe began to further localize its brand throughout Europe. MTV France (previously MTVF) was launched in June 20, 2000 in France.[1] The channel serves the French-speaking world including Belgium (French speaking areas), Switzerland (French speaking areas), Monaco and Africa (French speaking areas), Morocco on cable.

Its headquarters are based at Viacom International Media Networks Europe in London with a local office at MTV Networks France in Paris.
