Mário Teixeira Costa (born 24 November 1970 in Singen, Germany) is a retired Portuguese professional footballer who played as a right back
Club career
Born in the Germany, Marinho joined Sporting at 14 years old, climbing through the youth ranks, and playing nearly 50 league games in his 6-year spell al Alvalade.
In 1995, 24-year-old Marinho joined long time rivals Benfica as a replacement for Veloso, appearing sporadically over the course of two seasons.[1][2] He then played for Campomaiorense, Alverca and ending his career in 2004 after 4 seasons at Estrela da Amadora with a hiatus from 1999 to 2001.
