Lysandros Georgamlis (Greek: Λύσανδρος Γεωργαμλής; born 25 February 1962) is a former international Greek footballer, and current assistand manager of Atromitos F.C..

Playing career

Georgamlis was born in Athens on 25 February 1962. He started his professional career in 1980 as a defender at AEK Athens having previously played for the youth academies of the club since 1974. He played for AEK until 1985, when he transferred to cross-town rivals Panathinaikos where he played until 1992. During his playing days at Panathinaikos he won three Greek Championships, four Greek Cups, one Greek Super Cup at a time when the team also had successful runs in European Competitions. In 1992, he joined OFI offering his service to the club for two seasons. After a short stay at Kalamata he joined Iraklis (1995–1996) and later Ethnikos Piraeus before ending his career in 1999.

Managerial career

After the end of his football career, Georgamlis attended all HFF coaching courses available and got his professional coach diploma, including the UEFA Pro. His coaching career started from Attalos Nea Philadelphia in 1999. In 2003 he joined Thrasyvoulos, where he stayed for three years helping the club to be promoted from the 3rd to the 2nd Division. In the season 1996–97 he won the 3rd Division Championship with Asteras Tripolis and then joined Panetolikos, Ethnikos Piraeus, Ilisiakos and Fostiras. In November 2008, Georgamlis became the assistant coach of AEK Athens next to Dusan Bajevic. In June 2012, Georgamlis, became the assistant coach of Atromitos F.C. next to Dusan Bajevic
