Lydia Thompson (b. February 10, 1992) is an English female rugby union player. She was a member of the English 2014 Women's Rugby World Cup squad.[1] Her World Cup was cut short after she suffered a groin injury.[2][3] She debuted in a match against Spain in the 2012 European Cup.

Thompson works as an occupational therapist for 2gether NHS Foundation Trust.[4]
