Awards

In 2013, Mockridge was awarded by EMMA magazine Pascha des Monats for so called Herrenwitze (nearest equivalent: sexist jokes, precise definition: award given for especially conspicuous chauvinistic manifestation.) during a stand-up act.[8] Allegedly taking the Mickey out of his ex-girlfriend was used as reason for the prize. The programme, in which the act occurred, claims, however, the jokes cited were taken out of context.[3] In 2013 Mockridge was awarded the Deutscher Comedypreis as best Newcomer.
